9/23/19:�Another Tiger who could draw interest this June is senior�Art Joven. The lefty pitcher showed above average pitchability with an 88-89 mph sinker and an above average 79-80 mph changeup. He also mixed in a 77-79 mph slurve from just below a three-quarter release point. On this look, it was not top-round stuff, but there looks to be more in the tank velocity-wise, which could bump him into the top 10 rounds as a bonus pool saver.
