BAWS 2019 - Long, lean-muscled large frame that has lots of projection with frame that can take on more strength (7.41 60yd). Narrow on the mound with a simple step and turn pausing as he keeps his hands low at the waist. Hands lift with the front knee allowing compact arm to come out and get to 3/4 release point under control; arm has quick hand speed gaining extension as it follows the front hip down the mound online. Really liked his control of the body with head staying still during slight crossfire actions showing athletic hips. FB 81-83 T84 showing natural cut and angle; cut stays off barrels especially when going glove-side for some swing and miss. SLD 68-71 showed some sweep, flashing tighter bend when staying on top of the baseball; chance for pitch to make some jumps as the 10/4 shape can have some late depth like when he froze a hitter for K. Projectable frame with chance for strong mechanics to elevate his game as he gains more strength. One to watch this Spring.
