Krakowski has a larger frame presently that has some projection remaining to it. A standout Water Polo player, Krakowski has a gun slinger mentality on the mound. An upright, tall-and-fall delivery, he releases through from a lower 3/4 slot causing some deception on his fastball/slider combination. Worked the fastball 83-84mph moving east/west on hitters while also elevating it in strikeout situations. It’s a heavier fastball with some natural arm side run resulting from the release point and slot. Slider has a chance to be a true weapon at 71-73mph landing it for strikes consistently and inducing whiffs on 35% of the ones he threw in this outing. He became slider dependent later in his outing, however, the efficacy of the pitch improved. Finished with three strikeouts, two hits, one walk over 3.1 innings pitched.
