Cal commit. Long, lean muscle type build on 6-foot-1 190-pound frame. Long and loose delivery to the plate with a pronounced separation to the back side, very tough for hitters to pick up his release point. Explodes into front leg efficiently for a lot of moving parts from the back side. Loose, explosive delivery with plenty of arm speed, setting up off speed very well. Fastball has plenty of run into right. fastball sat 84-86 mph, touched 87 while curveball sat 74-75 mph. Excellent time to home for his delivery, 1.13 seconds. Competitive mentality on the mound, combined with his delivery is tough for any team to be successful against.
