Delivery: In the windup, takes a big rocker step back and then keeps body moving forward after gaining that momentum. High leg kick.
Arm Action: Arm goes straight down to the side of his leg after hand break. High ¾ release.
FB: T88.1 mph, 86.1 - 87.7 mph range, 2094 avg spin; a lot of life in the FB, good run and control. Hit low and away to both LH and RH hitters.
CB: 70.6 - 71.9 mph, 1956 avg spin; slower and more vertical than the SL, lower arm angle makes it look like a traditional slider.
SL: 75.3 - 76.2 mph, 2049 avg spin; An uncommon repertoire of two breaking balls and no changeup shows his ability to create two distinct and effective pitches. The SL is faster and darts away from RHH.
