Game Performance

Notes

Comments

10/10/20

Body: 5-11, 180-pounds. Well proportioned athletic build
HitRHH. Slightly open and upright in stance with some loose hanging hands. Uses a simple forward stride where the bat gets into a slight barrel tip.  Smooth yet longer stroke. Lifts barrel through the zone for a more uphill path. Middle of the field approach.
Power: 86 mph exit velocity. Peppered the middle of the field with LDs in BP. Gap to gap power will come with strength gains.
ArmRH. INF - 78 mph. Whippy quick arm that flashed life across the diamond.
Defense: Showed good range especially to his forehand side. Light feet and good glove skills.
Run7.80 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Very balanced delivery. Side steps into a medium knee tuck. Stays closed with his upper body. Gets good extension. Steps slightly into the 3B side of the rubber. Firm at landing.
Arm Action: RH. Medium arm circle that comes out of the H 3/4 slot. Above average arm speed that is consistent on all pitch types.
FB: T83, 80-82 mph. Showed a tendency to leave it up and to the armside.
SL68-69 mph. Plays like a true slider with very minimal vertical break.
CH70-74 mph. Located it well down in the zone with some present fade.
