Bay Area World Series 2022 - Uncommitted; Big country strong type of body, looks the part of a prototypical innings-eating type RHP, had a good showing at BAWS 2022 (2 IP, 2 K, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BB), long arm action, FB peaked at 83.7 mph w/1907 max spin, the velo is on the fringe of breaking into the territory where with his size and ability throw strikes he will get some attention, CB 65-70 mph, 1845 max spin, showed ability to land his CB for strikes, mixed in one CHG with much lower spin (1306) off the FB which creates fading depth in the zone. As a big young pitcher with ability to throw strikes he is one to keep an eye on as one never knows when the bigger velocity jumps happen.
1/23/22
Positional Profile: RHP Physical: 6-4, 215-pounds; Long, broad shouldered build. Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing no restrictions; high-3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 80-82 MPH; arm side run. CB: 69-71 MPH; 11-5 shape. SL: 71-72 MPH; small shape; CH: 71-73 MPH; fading action. Feel for slider is stronger than CB, can ride the FB up on the arm side, appears to have more in the tank given the body and easy arm.
9/11/21
Positional Profile: RHP Body: 6-4, 205-pounds. Lengthy frame, durable sturdy body type. Delivery: Tall, downhill delivery with a consistent arm slot. Works well up and down in the zone. Rotational timing is good. Arm Action: RH. Low separation, with a long reach back and quick downhill turnover. Stays tall well which allows him to get over his front side. FB: T80, 77-79 mph. Works well with his 4-seam fastball above the belt to compliment a 12/6 curveball. CB: 67-70 mph. Good depth and speed change from his FB and will miss a lot of barrels when he gets the spin rate over 2100, currently able to spin at 1950. CH: 67-69 mph. Good minus pitch with room to grow.

CBA Sacramento tryout - Long lanky projectable 6-foot-0 136-pound body type on this young player, as strength comes there are some good offensive traits, has good bat speed now and much more to come, tends to hit off backside so balance and weight transfer can improve, defensively moves around 1st base with efficient footwork, arm strength is fair for his age, on mound overhand slot, long arm action, controlled arm swing, good direction down slope, big slow rolling curveball and through it with feel, changeup was up, all stuff will tick up when his lower body strength allows for more extension.
