10/27-10/29/18 - NCTB Fall Classic - 6-foot-0, 190-pounds, broad frame with high waist and length in legs/arms; frame has strength currently, but plenty of space to continue to add strength especially in upper half. Very athletic pitcher (7.16 60yd) that repeated his delivery well during outing. Stands wide on the mound with hands staying at the chest; arm gets out of glove early with actions down behind back before getting to 3/4 release point quickly. Very loose arm showed ability to manipulate three pitches. FB 83-86 with life at the plate and up in the zone; small 2 seam action going to RHH with ability to backdoor the pitch for strikeouts. CB 69-73 with slurvy 10/4 shape and late depth in pitch; inconsistent feel but able to go to it when needing to get off the barrel or punch out through the zone. CHG 75-76 that showed arm side fade off the FB path; deceptive and times where it can be heavy in its fade. Mainly used for weak contact. Future on the mound, but swung bat well during BP with 90 exit velocity on compact loud bat.
