Santa Rosa Junior College (CA) - 2/5/19 -6-foot-3, 215-pounds. Long lanky and broad, resembles James Loney with younger body. Played right field and hit 3rd. Former 1st baseman in high school, he's made nice transition to the outfield, with long loping strides and good angles, ranged to right-centerfield gap to make nice running catch. At the plate he is best when in a slashing contact oriented approach. Took a few shots at driving the ball to the pull side but it gets a little big. Sees the ball well, his takes are on balance and he spit on a good down and in breaking ball in a 1-2 count. Able to shorten up and line balls to left field and stayed in off a low slot left-hander to flare a ball to left field. There is power potential but not quite able to get to it yet.
