Snakenborg turned in a strong outing despite the final line not fully reflecting how well he threw. The right-hander worked 4 innings, allowing 3 runs on just 2 hits, with defensive miscues behind him ultimately shaping the outcome and leading to the loss. Snakenborg showed the ability to compete in the zone throughout the start, mixing speeds effectively and pitching to weak contact while flashing occasional swing-and-miss. He operated at 87-89 mph, touching 90, with the fastball showing the ability to command glove side. His 72-74 mph curveball, 77-80 mph slider with late horizontal action, and 80 mph changeup rounded out a four-pitch mix that allowed him to work all four quadrants of the strike zone. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound right-hander drives well down the mound and presents a projectable frame with room to continue adding strength. Even with the tough breaks defensively, Snakenborg pitched well enough to win and showed the traits of a starter capable of keeping his team in games.

Defense: Solid fundamental actions. Light feet that play in rhythm. Soft hands with clean funnel and exchange. Works low to the ground and displays glove early.
Arm: RH. INF - 78 mph. Shorter AA. Easy effort. Above avg. strength. Present accuracy. Avg. quickness to release. Can manipulate slot if needed.
Hit: RHH. Wider base. Rhythmic load. Gets into the backside with a controlled forward move. Barrel works into a good early connection position to create depth. Flat path through. Average bat speed for level. More FBs than LDs/GBs in his BP round. 2H during game action. 
Delivery: Clean athletic delivery. Side steps into a chest high knee tuck. Drop/drive type. Decent sit into backleg. Shoulders behind hips. More north/south plane of rotation. Works in-line. Firm lead leg block at landing.
Arm Action: RH. Hand lead path. Full/loose circle in the back to a H 3/4 slot. Arm works on time. Above average armspeed.
FB: Present command. Avg. 12:30 tilt. Minimal IHM. Average spin rate.
SL:  Sweeper shape. Minimal VB. Drops slot slightly to create shape. Consistent arm speed.
CH: Kills spin which drops some IVB. Flashed some arm side fade. Keeps extension and armspeed.
