4/5/18 - UC Davis commit. Lean bodied player who looks like he will continue to grow into that 6-foot-1 160-pound frame, which he has steadily been doing over the years. High level defender with feel for angles, timing, and pace and simply fun to watch play defense. Left-handed hitter with smooth and fluid stroke, best when working the ball gap to gap and staying flat through the ball. Hands work well inside the ball and he lets the swing happen easy with good timing. Not a fast runner but smart baserunner and player. Type of player who keeps improving and as he gets more physicality, catches up to other players who might have matured earlier.

3/27/18 at Boras Classic - Rangy bodied infielder, at 6-foot-1 160-pounds he's got a lot of physical projection to dream on. High level defense from the 2nd base position, ranges both left and right, in and out. Quite adept on pop up and making plays while having to take difficult angles. Confident thrower and make the gritty plays around the bag that 2nd basemen have to make. Offensively he's got a flat stroke and can lash line drives from gap to gap. There is a hint of future power gains as his hands are quick and he gets through the ball quite well. The ball leaves his bat harder than his body/present strength might otherwise suggest.
