Body: 6-5, 190-pounds. Long, lanky and lean strength; Plenty of space to add weight/girth. Delivery: Wide side step to rock on backside with high front leg tuck. Slight bend of torso as he's moving down the hill. Frontside tended to open early and cause body to spin off; times where he gets crossbody on finish. Arm Action: RH. Mid-3/4 release with length down out of glove. Generally loose arm; can keep working on repeatability. FB: T80.8, 78-80 mph. Heavy pitch working off the plate both ways showing run and horizontal action. SL: 62-66 mph. Spins tight; flashed a couple with much better horizontal action. Has a tendency to just spin.
1/31/20
Monterey Bay Hitting Update:
High back elbow with toe tap having hands load very deep; hand load creates bat wrap that causes length in the swing. Swing is handsy and shows a deep turn; barrel gets around to pullside.
