Deack has put together several different quality showings in front of the Prep Baseball California staff and his trip to the FGT: Central California event was another good performance for the Orange County based product. Checking in at 5'11 187 lbs. he shows strength in a few different areas of his game including a 90 MPH INF arm velocity that has left side of the INF long term potential including the hot coner at 3B. With a defensive profile that looks at home on the INF dirt long term Deack backs it up with an interesting offensive profile that included a 95.5 MPH average exit velocity, 99.8 MPH peak exit velocity, 371' max distance, 85% hard hit rate with a middle to pull oriented approach from a flatter swing path that produces low line drives and hard ground ball contact at a high level that has the potential to produce high batting average with sneaky power. The offensive profile didn't just show up in the batting practice portion, but also during the live at bats portion where the RH hitter stung a pair of balls with authority to the pull side of the diamond. The Trinity Legue product will be a quality name to keep eyes on for college programs in the 2026 class.
