Game Performance

Notes

Comments

7/11/21

Body: Standing at 5’9”, 160 pounds, Tylers body is in good proportions and uses his frame for quick defense, hands, and running.

Hit: With a wide base, Tyler sets the barrel in a good angle to attack early.  With that, hands work quickly and on the plane.  Good rhythm and timing on all pitches.  Tough out during the games

Power: Showing some pull side power, Tyler will use all fields to hit.  A good gap to gap hitter.

Arm: With quick hands, comes a quick arm.  His quick release was able to produce 81 mph across the field.  With accuracy as well, Tyler gets the ball out quick.

Defense: Starting with a creep step to hop for momentum and see hop.  He was able to funnel to the middle and transfer from glove to hand well.  In the game, Tylers turn of double plays was quick and on target.  Gives good target to left side of infield, quick hands and good feet on turns

Run: Good straight line speed, and came out of the start fast. He ran a 6.78, body was quiet and still through the whole run
