3/9/19: Five-foot-11, 200 pounds with a strength throughout frame and proportional build. Listed as INF/OF but was in RF on this look. No chances to grade the run tool. Average OF actions. Gets rid of ball quickly. Short, compact throwing motion makes it tough to generate carry. Lacks ideal arm strength for RF, better suited for LF. Hits from a narrow, upright stance at the plate. Keeps hands tight to the body near back shoulder. Very minimal load with hands while getting into short, forward stride. Stays inside of the ball with quick, compact stroke. Didn't flash any lift or pull-side power in BP. Seemed more inclined to shoot balls into backside gap. In game, showed an advanced approach and worked two BB's against Alek Manoah. Consistently fought off 93-95 mph FB's when down in the count, so there's bat speed to go with a feel for the barrel. (Jurik)
