Uhler made the shorter trip up to Oregon from the Northern California region and the RH hitting OF made his presence felt quickly during the workout. Standing at 5'8 175.5 lbs. presently the compact, but strong profile for Uhler boasts some intriguing present offensive tools including loud raw power with the top max exit velocity of any California player in attendance reaching 101.7 MPH during batting practice. For good measure Uhler averaged 95.6 MPH during batting practice with a 91% hard hit rate looking the part of an impact RH hitter with a 385' max distance, 82% sweet spot rate putting the icing on the cake of his batted ball data. Uhler gets to his power with an aggressive/explosive swing that generates presently 79.9 MPH bat speeds, 20.6 Gs of rotational acceleration and 22.6 MPH hand speeds. While his offensive profile may front what Uhler does presently on a baseball field don't discout the defensive ability and athleticism for the NorCal product.
