Andrew Olson: RHP, (2024) Darien, CT. 6-foot-1, 155-pound. Solid fluid on the mound, using a short quick arm action he showed quick arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. Showed in line downhill shoulders. Has an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-80 mph; had arm side command and sinking action. (Max spin 2300; Avg 2260). Has glove side command and slurvey action on his 1/7 curveball (65-69). (Max spin 2249; Avg 2210). Had fading swing and miss action and arm side control on his changeup (72-73). Showed down in the zone command and late action on his slider (67-68). (Max spin 2262; Avg 2205).
