5-foot-7, 150-pound athletic lean build. Advanced on the mound, showed quick arm speed, also used a high ¾ arm angle with a short loose arm action. Stretch only up-tempo type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed strong balance point and in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-81 mph; showed running sinking action and both sides of the plate control. (Max spin 2121; Avg 1998). Has glove side command and hard slurvey action on his 1/7 curveball (68-71). (Max spin 2242; Avg 2119).  Pounded the zone with a heavy two-pitch mix, curveball is an above average pitch.

Stretch only tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 77-81 mph; showed both sides of the plate command and running tailing action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2217; Avg 2061). Threw a 1/7 curveball (69-71) that showed late hard action and glove side control. (Max spin 2420; Avg 2254).

Harrison Lombardi: RHP/OF, (2022) Berlin, CT. 5-foot-7, 150-pound athletic frame. Capable on the mound, had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a consistent balance point and falling off shoulders. Lands open with a falling off finish. Changeup (68-69 mph). Sat with his fastball at 77-82 mph; had control around the zone and running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2060; Avg 1969). His 11/5 curveball shows sweeping action and around the zone control. (Max spin 1885; Avg 1855). Had glove side command and slight action on his 10/4 cutter (76-77).

Body: 5-foot-7, 150-pound athletic frame.

Pitching:  Capable. up-tempo delivery, some effort. high ¾ arm angle, quick arm speed, loose arm action. Consistent balance point, falling off shoulders, lands open, a falling off finish.

FB: T82. 77-82 mph. (Max spin 2060;  Avg 1969). Around the zone accuracy, running action, heavy movement. 

CT: 76-77 mph. Glove side command, slight action, 10/4 movement. 

CB: Around the zone control, sweeping action, 11/5 shape. (Max spin 1885; Avg 1855). 

CH: 68-69 mph.

5-foot-7, 145-pound athletic, lean. Above average on the mound, showed quick arm speed, also used a loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows some effort. Has a strong balance point within line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 79-81 mph; had sinking action and arm side control with heavy movement. Has very consistent control and swing and miss action on his 1/7 curveball 65-67 mph. Showed command low in the zone and fading action on his changeup 71-74 mph.  Attacks at a very high level. The arm is quick and works with minimal effort, look for a jump in velocity.

11/04/20

5-foot-7, 140-pound, smaller athletic frame, with room for added weight gains. A right-handed pitcher, repeats delivery with ease. The hands start low, raise up with his quick leg kick, builds momentum down the mound, longer stride, inline. The arm action is bottom to top on the backside, working clean, comes through from a higher slot. Pitching down hill, is squared up, getting out front on release. The fastball was clocked at 79 mph, with real good run. Dropped in a slurvey breaker, clocked 68 mph, pounded for strikes. Showed a good changeup, fade and action to arm side, chance to be a swing and miss to left-handed hitters. Good looking pitching prospect, pounds the zone.

10/26/19

5-foot-7, 140-pound, smaller, athletic frame, shows to have good strength for his age and size. A right-handed pitcher, simple repeatable delivery, looks to stay tall on the backside, lands inline to home plate. The arm action is longer on the back side, working out of a higher slot, pitching downhill. Stride is shorter, giving him the ability of getting and staying behind the baseball on release. The arm shows to have some whip and velocity from the side view, fastball was clocked at 72-75 mph, having good 2-seam action to it. The breaking pitch, has depth and tilt to it, clocked at 62-64 mph, the spin is very good, tight and is thrown with some hand speed. Showed feel for the changeup, proper fade, and shape and action to it, clocked at 68-71 mph. Worked quick pounded the zone, quick to plate, changing hold times.
