10/15/17- Florida International recruit. Big, strong frame. Throws from a high 3/4 slot. Fastball mostly sat 89-90 mph, touching 91 and was a heavy pitch with life down in the zone along with a hard, late breaking slider at 80-81 mph. Struck out four in his two innings on the mound. Offensively, there is some length and hits off of the front foot, but shows some pull side power.
05/10/17- 2018 FIU recruit Angel Tiburcio would come in relief with runners on first and second and retire Dominguez on a weak ground ball. Tiburcio would finish the final 3.1 innings, striking out four while allowing one hit while working 89-91 mph from a low 3/4 slot mixing in a sweeping slider at 77-80 mph.
03/22/17 - Has a strong, solid frame and has leaned out up top over the past few months. Displayed a heavy fastball that sat 90-92 mph with cut along with a 77-79 mph slider that showed depth and hard bite and a 81-82 mph change up. The FIU recruit showed good command of the zone and mixed up his pitches well. Threw the slider for strikes and was still 89-91 with his fastball into the fifth inning. Earned the win by going five innings and allowing three runs on three hits with four strikeouts.
3/17/16 - Central Florida commit. 6-foot-3, 220 pound right hander with a big thick strong body. Good physical presence. Loose arm at a high ¾ arm slot. Fast ball was 86-88 mph. Slow, low tempo delivery, but decent direction. Curve ball was a ¾ breaker and a bit soft at 72-74 mph. Struggled with strikes on this occasion. Still a very good young arm.
3/2/16- 6-foot-3, 215-pound UCF recruit with a big, strong, young body. High ¾ arm slot, hides the ball. Sat 85-88 mph with his fastball with movement that was a bit wild at times. When he lands on line his pitches are more accurate and in the zone. Curveball was 72-74 mph with a ¾ break. At the plate, he made hard contact on a couple of line drives. Some loft in his swing.
10/27/15- 6-foot-3, 210-pound Central Florida recruit. Physical presence on the mound. Fastball sat 84-86 mph and jumps on the batter with tailing action. Also threw a 71-73 mph curveball. Hides the ball and repeats well on the mound. Can be a little wild at times.
10/11/15- Committed to University of Central Florida
6/14/15- 6-foot-3 210 pounds with a large, stalky, and strong frame. Simple, repeatable delivery with a compact, high ¾ arm action. Stays in line. Could get better extension. 81-84 mph FB with more to come.
