07/26/17- The 5-foot-9, 160-pound left handed hitting infielder shows sound defensive actions in the middle. He has a quick first step, solid hands and creates quality angles working through the ball well topping out at 82 mph. From an open stance, he uses a leg kick trigger with a coil load that generates above average bat speed. He showed the ability to drive balls gap-to-gap in batting practice and this translated to the game with a double.
01/21/17- The stocky, 5-foot-9, 160-pound middle infielder shows a feel for the barrel from the left side. With a small leg kick trigger, he shows quality separation creating a level to slightly uphill path through the zone. He showed the ability to drive the ball to all fields and should have some gap-to-gap power as he continues to get stronger. He also shows sound actions in the infield. With solid hands and footwork he was in the right position and showed a feel for the game. Interesting player to follow as he continues to gain strength.
8/13/16- 5-foot-8, 160 pounds with a compact build. Offensively, he showed a short level swing, consistently finding the barrel producing hard line drives in both rounds of batting practice. Defensively, he showed above average actions in the middle with soft hands and a quick first step.
