Florida St commit. 5-foot-10, 180 pound right hander who also played third base. Has a strong, stalky body with smooth and quick actions on the field. At third, he has quick, light feet and soft hands. He has a loose, above average arm across the diamond that produces accurate and on-line throws. At the plate he gets good separation with a strong hands load that gets his bat into an ideal hitting slot. He tends to step out slightly but still manages to cover the plate and the ball jumps off his bat. On the mound he was an easy 86-87 MPH with a loose arm and had a big ¾ breaking curveball that had a late break at 72-73 MPH. Against Venice he was 0-2 with a deep sac fly to the wall.
