Positional Profile: RHP - Stocky, strong competitor on the mound. Pitches with intent and attacks hitters with confidence.
Body: 5-foot-11, 165-pounds. Stocky, strong build with large shoulders and backside.
Delivery: Clean, compact. Drop and drive. High tempo.
Arm Action: RH. High 3/4, clean and quick over the top. Releases out front consistently.
FB: T91, 87-91 mph. Late ride on hitters.
CB: 76-77 mph. Sharp break and sweeps at the bottom.
CH: 74-78 mph. Fading circle change action at times. Plays down in the zone.
2/13/19 - One of the more impressive uncommitted, underclass arms. An athletic 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, is slightly undersized currently, but has plenty of time to grow and mature. There is a lot of quick twitch in his body. The mechanics are simple and repeatable with a very quick arm. Was up to 85 mph and both curveball and change up show above average potential. The arm action and athleticism bodes well for some big jumps in the future. High ceiling, high follow uncommitted underclassmen.
