He led the team with 45 RBI, in addition to racking up a team-high 16 doubles, 6 home runs, 2 triples, 44 hits and 29 runs scored. A sub-7 runner, Mastela finished with a .788 slugging percentage, a .373 batting average and 9 stolen bases.
