6/12/18: 2019 switch hitting MIF prospect. Showed same approach from both sides of the plate. Showed a little bit more pop in bat from left side. Open set up from both sides and uses leg lift trigger. Bat path is short and level through the zone. In the field showed very well, with good footwork and soft hands and clean exchange, played through baseball. Arm strength was slightly above average at 84.

2/17/18:  6-foot-1, 182 pound infielder has soft hands with clean, quick transfer.  Short arm action, high 3/4 slot.  Throws topped 86 across the infield.  Athletic movements up the middle.  Switch-hitter showcased better swings from the right side in his rounds.  More hard contact, more power.  Good approach from both sides.  Balanced approach.  Long stride, average bat speed.  High exit velocity of 83mph.

1/16/17
6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect. The young right-hander works at a quick pace with good rhythm. There is some quickness to the arm. Using a short arm action through a slot. Delivery is compact with a high lift. Would like to see more use of the lower half. Closed off at landing, using regular effort. At 78-79 mph, the fastball was mostly straight. He did some a 2-seam that had late cut at 75-77 mph. His best pitch was a 12/6 curveball with a shorter late break at 69-72 mph. His changeup is thrown with good arm speed. The pitch still needs some developing as it comes in at 74-75 mph with some arm side run. A switch hitter. From the right side he keeps his hands simple during his leg kick load and controlled stride. Swing is short and compact, finding the barrel often. Top of the lineup type hitter. Would like to see more separation from his lower and upper half to give his hands more room to work. Has a more aggressive approach from the left side. Lower half creates efficient energy through a well timed weight shift. Path is flat and he showed the ability to consistently find the barrel.  In the infield he showed fluid actions and confidence in his glove. Impressive range to his backhand side.

The 6 foot 165 pound infielder showcased a level bat path is average bat speed.  Created solid contact in batting practice.  Hits from a balanced setup and slight leg kick.  Defensively, throws topped at 73 across the infield.  Footwork and glove are above average for age.  Jonah ran a 7.57 60yd dash.
