2/22/15: 5-foot-11, 170 pounder was 2.12-2.22 with his pop times.  Possesses tons of athleticism.  Firm hands when receiving.  Showcased some arm strength at  77 mph from the crouch.  At the plate starts with in an athletic setup.  Loads back and uses a leg kick.  Good balance throughout.  Possesses average bat speed.  Slightly uphill path, gets to extension.  Swing gets long at times.  Line drive hitter shows some pop to his pull-side.  Consistent hard contact. Recorded a high exit velo of 82 mph.  

2/22/14: 5-foot-10, 150 pound freshman possesses good athleticism.  Ran a 7.09 60 at the event.  From the OF showcased fluid footwork with above average hands.  Plays through the baseball well with a clean exchange.  From a ¾ slot was 82 mph.   At the plate starts balanced.  Shows partial use of lower half and tends to come around the baseball.  Bat speed is quick with a level swing path.  Gets to extension with some barrel whip.  Exit velo is 83 mph.  Good follow in 2017 class. 

6/13/13: Quartero is an athletic 2017.  Possesses an athletic frame with strong build.  In the field moves well and shows good arm strength at 75 mph with accuracy.  Runs well (7.17 60 Time).  At the plate is athletic in his actions.  Uses a toe tap for timing. Barrells up most balls, getting to extension. Ability to hit the gaps.  High follow in 2017 class.
