At 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, Stapleton’s value lies in his defensive dependability, showing clean actions, steady hands, and an 86 mph arm that should allow him to stick at shortstop long-term. Offensively, the right-handed hitter makes sound swing decisions and puts together competitive at-bats with a simple stroke (90 EV, 308’ max), though the offensive impact comes more from consistency than flash or power. A reliable, steady presence up the middle who projects to hold value with the glove first.
