4/1/15 GAME NOTES: Athletic 5-foot-11, 162 pound sophomore MIF, athletic actions in the field.  Switch hitter at the plate, Took good swings from the left-side, but late with his timing.  Swing path was level and showed good hand speed.

2/22/15: The 5-foot-11, 162 pounder is a true switch hitter, with a mirrored swing from both sides.  He hits from a balanced setup with advanced approach.  His swing path is level and gets to extension producing line drives.  Navarro is a high contact hitter that will hit for high average. Defensively, he possesses athletic defensive actions with soft hands and is a plus defender.  His feet are quick and fluid, playing through the baseball with athleticism.  At the event he showcased an accurate arm across the field at 80 mph and ran a 6.66-60.

2/22/14: 5-foot-10, 154 pound freshman possesses a small frame but shows good athleticism.  Ran a 6.99 60 at the event.  In the field displayed soft hands with fluid feet and a quick exchange.  Plays through the baseball well.  Offensively is a true switch hitter.  Displays good balance from both sides of the plate along with good barrel whip from both sides.  Consistently gets to extension with above average bat speed.  Very confident from both sides of the plate.  High follow in the 2017 class. 

9/15/13: 5-foot-9, 140 pound freshman is athletic and runs a 7.15 60.  Long limbs. Above average feel defensively for his age.  Was 71 mph across the diamond from a high ¾ arm slot.  Moves well with soft hands.  Release is slow.  Switch hitter at the plate.  From the left side shoes a quiet, compact swing.  Creaets good backspin with a good swing plane.  From the right side its almost a mirror image from the left side.  Legitmate switch hitter.  High follow in the 2017 class.
