6-foot-1, 200-pounds, rounded shoulders, present muscle throughout. Took one of the loudest rounds of BP on the day, peaking at 104 mph while averaging 97 mph. Also averaged 295’ for his distance with a peak of 371’. Balanced swing with controlled aggression, pull-side intent with a flat path, looks to do damage. Returns a .329 average in 79 at-bats from a season ago, also collecting five doubles, 24 RBIs and 21 runs scored.

Body: 6-1, 190-pounds. Strong frame w/ thick lower half
Delivery: Gets to a taller balance point with an inward turn due to a strong counter rotation of the hips. Controlled move down the mound with in-line shoulders, lands slightly crossfired and finishes athletically.
Arm Action: RH. Longer arm action from a H 3/4 slot.
FB: T88, 87-87 mph. FB shows abv avg life T2251, 2188 average rpm.
CB: 71-74 mph. Some sharp action w/ plenty of feel T2133, 2083 average rpm.
CH: 75-77 mph. Some sink T2073, 1915 average rpm.

Hit: (LHH) Above average. Setup consists of an open stance and a high load. Average bat speed. Short level swing. Aggressive approach.

Power: 92 mph exit velocity, average 76.24 mph. 62.20 mph bat speed average. 19.07 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Soft hands, consistent footwork, quick exchange.  

Arm: 79 mph infield velocity. Quick arm action, high ¾ slot.
