2/22/14: 5-foot-10, 160 pound junior pitches from a high 3/4 slot with average arm speed.  Fastball shows some sink at 76-81 and consistently in the zone. Slows arm down on his breaking ball.  Changeup is thrown near fastball arm speed at 68-70 with some sink action.  In the field shows soft hands with fluid feet.  Plays through the baseball well. At the plate starts balanced with a smooth load.  Stride is short.  Bat speed is above average with some barrel whip.  

2/23/13: 5-foot-9, 164 pound sophomore was 75 mph across the diamond.  Throws from a ¾ arm slot.  Hands are average, possesses heavy feet.  At the plate uses a wide base in his setup.  Dives towards the baseball and showcases a long, uphill swing path.  

Delivery has a lot of activity and is choppy. Buries head on finish and works across his body. Throws from a high ¾ and gets run on his fastball. Breaking ball he slows his arm speed down causing breaking ball to break early and lack proper speed. Change up shows arm side run.
