6/13/17:  5-foot-9, 180 pound cacher showcased a strong arm with accuracy from behind the plate.  Throws topped at 79, producing pop times between 2.00-2.04.  Footwork can get long, flat.  Moves well behind the plate with soft hands.  Offensively, hits from an athletic setup with smooth back load.  Uphill path to ball.  Line drive approach.  Quick barrel turn.  High exit velocity of 86.  

3/29/17 Game Notes: 2-4, 1 RBI, 3B. Consistently barreled the baseball. Short swing with good extension and quick hands. Above average bat speed showed in game. Drove ball in LCF gap for 3B. Line drive swing with some lift. Sat well behind the plate and received the baseball cleanly. Caught the lower half strike well, average arm strength with clean transfer out of glove, small hitch prior to release. 2.02-2.10 between innings. Average athleticism behind the plate and in the batters box

2/19/17: 5-foot-9, 180 pounds.  Offensively, athletic-balanced setup, loads back, short stride, average lower half.  Maintains average balance throughout the swing. Showcased above average bat speed.  Gets to extension displaying hard contact to his pull-side, uphill swing path.  Fluid rhythm.  Overall good approach at the plate.  Registered a high exit velocity of 88 mph.  Defensively produced pop times of 1.97-2.04.  Short arm action with arm strength, small hitch in the arm action.  throws topped out at 77 mph. Clean transfer.  Quiet receiver with sure hands while receiving.  Shows some flexibility.  
6/21/16: The 5 foot 9 155 pound catcher showcased a quick transfer and clean footwork.   Throws topped at 76 on the bag.  Pop times ranged between 1.88-1.95.  Very good actions behind the plate.  Offensively, he hits from an athletic, balanced setup.  Bat speed is fast.  Tendency to get long at times.  Creates solid contact with good use of lower half.
2/21/16:  5-foot-9, 155 pounder was 1.97, 2.00 and 2.04 with his pop times; 78 from the crouch.  Quick transfer with quick, short feet.  Arm gets long at times, but is quick.  Open set up in his primary.  Receives well with soft hands.  Good athleticism.  At the plate hits from an athletic, crouch setup.  Short stride, average use of the lower half.  Minimal load.  Quick bat speed.  Good approach to the baseball.  Showed the ability to get to extension.  Line drive type hitter with fluid rhythm.  High exit velocity of 88 mph.  

6/22/15: 5-foot-9, 140 pound receiver showcased solid actions defensively.  Athletic receiver with good balance.  Receives the ball well, quick transfer.  Arm is quick at 75 mph.  Pop times were 1.95-2.02 and on the bag.  Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a smooth load.  Short stride, good balance.  Possesses above average bat speed with a  good approach.  Level path, gets to extension.  Fluid rhythm.  Gap power.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 86 mph.  In the OF possess sure hands with quick feet.  Exchange is quick.  Loose, high ¾ arm action with accuracy and carry at 82 mph.  Ran a 7.00-60.  

6/9/15: 5-foot-9, 140 pounder received the ball well with soft hands.  Shows a balanced setup in his primary and secondary positions.  Blocks well with some athleticism.  Pop times were 2.07-2.13.  Tends to pop up on his throws to 2B, but showcased quick feet and a good arm action.  From the crouch was 75 mph.  At the plate starts slightly open with a smooth load back.  Stride is shrot with average use of the lower half.  Level path to the baseball, consistently squared up balls.  Recorded a high exit velo of 85 mph.
