One of the top uncommitted arms still on the board, Snider stands at 6-foot-4, 190 pounds with plenty of projection remaining. He lifts to a bigger inward turn before making an athletic move down the slope. The arm is loose and quick on the backside, working to a 3/4 slot. There were some inconsistencies throughout the outing, but Snider flashed a devastating two-pitch mix. The fastball sat 86-88.3 mph at this event, though we’ve seen it up to 92 very recently. It plays with turbo arm-side sink, and the 76-77 mph sweeping slider tunnels exceptionally well off it. With the arm talent and swing-and-miss stuff, Snider is a must-follow for recruiters.

+ RHP Griffin Snider (Noblesville): Snider is an athletic, 6-foot-4, 190-pound right-hander with plenty of room to add strength. The uncommitted arm showed well among a deep Noblesville staff in a scrimmage look. He worked 88–90 mph and touched 91 twice, showing heavy, turbo sink in on right-handed hitters hands. He paired it with a sharp 78–80 mph slider that showed sweep and projects as a potential wipeout offering. Snider moves athletically down the mound with a loose, quick arm action from a ¾ slot. He showed solid command of the two-pitch mix in this look, a positive step forward compared to previous in-game looks. With swing-and-miss stuff and what seems to be improving control, Snider is an uncommitted arm we’ll continue to monitor very closely.

A wiry, athletic, 6-foot-4, 190-pounder, Snider looked the part of a must-know bat misser with as devastating of a two-pitch combo as any at this event. His sinker plays with turbo life at 89-91+ & he went the other way with a sharp low-80s slider. The late break on both pitches were extremely impressive and the overall control appears to have advanced since 2025, though it will still be monitored moving forward with below-average grades in that department coming into the event. Athletic mover who uncoils with a rotational delivery that powers a loose, quick arm. Chance for even more velocity, though I have it tabbed as a relief profile still.
6/24/25
Snider also showed wipeout flashes, especially versus right-handed hitters. The 6-foot-4, 185 frame is packed with lean muscle and likely holds room for more, and it produced an 87-89 fastball that also worked up to 90 mph. He swept his breaking ball at 76-78, averaging 2633 rpm, and missed a ton of bats with it. There were some inconsistencies in his outing that leads to a relief profile, but there are wipeout flashes within the arsenal and a clean arm / good athlete adds even more intrigue.
3/18/25
Ultra-projectable, 6-foot-4, 185 pounder. Simple mover w athletic inward turn lift & he uncoils to square with a rotational lower-half. The arm works loose & clean to a 3/4 slot with some sling to the arm action. The slot & present arm speed help to create big arm-side sink on a 85-87 fastball, and his tight (2400+) mid-70s slider pairs well with it. There is a 78-80 mph splitter shown, but it is behind the other two pitches. The frame and arm talent/action are traits to bet on with an advanced two-pitch mix that plays well together.
10/29/24
Snider is a projectable righty that we have seen up to 87, though he pitched at 80-84 at the State Games with the fastball showing sinker properties. The sinker tunneled well with his best offering, his low-70s slider, a pitch that spun into the 2500s and shows out-pitch upside.

'27 RHP Griffin Snider (Noblesville) offered a high-upside look as one of the most talented arms we have identified in the 2027 class. An athletic, projectable, 6-foot-3, 180 pounder - Snider showed off a fast arm that worked with quickness to a 3/4 arm slot, and a simple, cross-strided delivery. His fastball worked at 85-86, touching 86.9 mph, and shows sinker properties. Snider paired his sinking fastball with a tightly-spun (2500), 71-72 mph slider with some late bite. The slider looks the part of a future-out pitch and he also showed a firmer splitter at 80-81 mph. Snider is ultra-projectable and has the frame and stuff to be a high-level follow in the freshman class.
