6/19/18 - Norris is a slender and projectible frame at 6-foot, 145 pounds and is a member of Kansas’ 2022 class from Blue Valley HS. He ran a 4.69 home-to-first and posted an exit velocity of 72 mph. During batting practice, Norris uses an abbreviated leg lift to get to his load, in line stride, finishes with his hands high. Defensively in the outfield, he works behind the baseball, high ¾ arm slot, momentum towards his target, positional velo of 78 mph with accurate throws. On the mound, Norris shows a compact delivery, downhill, long and loose arm action, fastball is 72-76 for a high percentage of strikes, curveball is 58-62 mph, 10-to-4 shape, changeup is 65-66 mph with some arm side run.
