5/31/16 - Sharp is a 5-foot-10 155-pound left-handed hitting outfielder in Kansas’ 2018 class.  He ran a 7.66 60 and a 4.71 home-to-first.  He has an 81 mph exit velo. At the plate, simple and repeatable swing, feel for the barrel, consistent line drive to the middle of the field during batting practice, smooth rhythm, short to contact level to extension, loose hands.  In the outfield, high three quarters release, arm works, catching ball in throwing position, athletic actions, fluid footwork, 75 mph positional velo, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, harp has command of three pitches and can throw them in any count.  He has a repeatable delivery with loose/easy arm action.  He comes from a high three quarters arm slot and has smooth rhythm, throwing with regular effort. Fastball mostly 77-79 mph with late run, breaking ball at 63-63 mph, late 1-to-7 action, change up was very effective during game action, 68-71, fastball arm speed, late sink, down in zone.

11/1/15 - Sharp is a 5-foot-8 1150-pound left-handed hitting outfielder, first baseman and left-handed pitcher.  Sharp ran a 7.98 60 and a 4.75 home-to-first.  At the plate, 79 mph exit velo, repeatable swing mechanics with consistent solid contact to middle of the field, gap-to-gap approach, smooth load, no wasted movement with controlled leg kick, level to extension, body under control during swing. In the outfield, 72 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, fluid work with quick catch and release, throws near bag at third base. On the infield, 70 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, made all plays cleanly, accurate throws, fluid footwork, quick field and throw. On the mound, Sharp has a simple delivery, high three-quarters arm slot, loose arm action, consistently in strike zone with fastball at 70-73 mph, slight late run, controllable curveball at 60-64 mph, 1-to-7 action, smooth rhythm and tempo, throws with regular effort, strides in line, hands raise with knee lift, strike thrower.
