5/7/15 - Short is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound class of 2017 left-handed pitcher for Wichita Northwest HS. Under control early, tall balance point, slinging low three-quarters arm action, some effort. Fastball 77-79 mph, velocity bump since earlier in the spring. Showed feel for 66-67 breaking ball with 12/6 to 11/5 shape. Projectable class of 2017 left-hander.
