DefensePlus set up, footwork and hands. Fundamentally sound. Athletic actions.
Arm: Right-Handed.  INF - 81 mph. Can throw from multiple arm angles . Natural thrower on the run.
HitRight-Handed. Athletic and even setup with some rhythm in his low set hands. Uses a moderate leg kick and arm bar load before pulling his hands through an uphill path.
Power81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Gets the ball out front. Showed the ability to consistently barrel up the baseball in BP.
Run4.75 runner home-to-first. 

DeliverySimple drop/drive delivery, quick lead leg drive, strong front side, directional to target, athletic finish.
Arm ActionRight-Handed. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot.

Holton is a long and lean 6-foot-1 165-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Kansas' 2021 class.  He ran a 7.58 60 and a 4.78 home to first.  he had an 82 mph exit velocity. At the plate, starts balanced and tall, smooth load with weight shift against back side, gap to gap approach, high finish in hands.  On the infield, short high three quarters arm slot, fluid actions with footwork and transfer, quick catch and throw, 76 mph positional velocity. On the mound, short leg lift, compact delivery, no wasted movement, controlled, lands slightly closed, high three quarters arm slot, finishes in position ready to field the ball, fastball at 77-79 mph, touching 80 mph, breaking ball at 66-68 mph,12-to-6 action, down in zone,  change up at 71-74 mph, slight arm side release, showed command of all pitches.
