11/4/17 - Hill is a lean and long 6-foot 140-pound right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2019 class. Hill has an over the top release, throws with some effort, high and controlled leg lift, strides slightly open at landing, fastball at 79-81 mph, flashes arm side run, change up has arm side sink, 71-72 mph, near fastball arm speed, breaking ball has 11-to-5 shape, gradual action, some depth, shows signs of being good pitch as he continues to develop.
