8/5/15 - Giffin is a 6-foot-1 200-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher.  He ran a 7.50 and has an 81 mph exit velo.  At the plate, balanced stance, small stride separating from hands, maintains barrel, gap-to-gap approach, high percentage of line drives during batting practice, singled to center during game action.  On the infield, 71 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, fielded the ball cleanly, accurate throws.
