Utilized a leg lift stride while holding his posture on the backside in order to initiate the hands through a consistent, flat path into the hitting zone. Feel for the barrel present with confidence at the plate; repeatedly hit the ball on a line (62% line drive rate) while notching an impressive 67% on-plane efficiency pointing towards ready bat to ball skills. Power: 90 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Doubles power at the moment with slight finesse to his game; more to come. Arm: RH. INF - 85 mph. Quick, athletic, high ¾ slot with accuracy across the diamond. Defense: Ready “hop” in the prep step, always looking to come get the baseball with the weight on the balls of his feet; showcased easy movements on the left side of the infield assisting the pace of play and momentum on throws across the diamond.
