Ethan Henry: LHP/OF, (2023) South Christian, MI. Oakland Commit, 6-foot, 172-pound. Smooth on the mound, showed electric arm speed, he had a long arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. He has even shoulders and a tall balance point. a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 83-84 mph; showed decent command and tailing action with tight movement. He showed sweeping action and sporadic command on his flat curveball (68-69). Has sinking action and sporadic command on his flat changeup (72-73).

Pitching: Smooth. Tall-and-fall delivery, some effort. ¾ arm angle, electric arm speed, long arm action. Tall balance point, even shoulders, a falling off finish.

FB: T84. 83-84 mph. (Max spin 2053;  Avg 1919). Decent accuracy, tailing action, tight movement. 

CB: 68-69 mph. Sporadic command, sweeping action, flat movement. 

CH: 72-73 mph. Sporadic control, sinking action, flat movement.

Ethan Henry: LHP/OF, (2023) South Christian, MI. 6-foot, 165-pound. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.11. Smooth on the mound, used a quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows easy effort. Displays downhill shoulders and athletic balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 83-84 mph and topped out at 85 mph; showed control low in the zone and tailing action with tight movement. Had a 1/7 curveball (68-70) that showed swing and miss action and consistent command. His changeup (70-71) shows fading action and consistent control.


Ethan Henry: LHP/1B, (2023) South Christian, MI. 6-foot, 165-pound. On the mound, sat with his fastball at 79-84 mph with a max of 85 mph. Curveball (70-75 mph), changeup (73-74 mph).

Pitching: On the mound a left hand arm sets up on the first base side of the rubber working easily to his balance point while turning inward and throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Hides the ball well showing sneaky get up on his pitches. Fastball jumps out of his hand while commanding the outer half of the plate. Sweeping action on the curve keeping hitters off balance. Deceptive arm action on the change up thrown with the same arm speed as the fastball.
