5-foot-11, 170-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. #106 ranked player in MN 2020 class. On mound; builds tempo through delivery, pitches up and over front side, ball comes out clean in front. Fastball was 77-79 mph with sinking action to arm-side of plate. Breaking ball has bigger break with loopy 1/7 shape. 7.31 runner. Open stance, leg kick trigger, hitch in hand load, line drive contact, fights timing occasionally, spray contact to both sides of field, 82 mph exit velocity. Works low to ground, sure hands, tends to stop to throw, loses momentum through baseball, elevated throws to target with avg. arm, 77 mph arm strength from outfield.


5-foot-11, 170-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.37 runner.  Slightly open upright stance.  Leg lift and hand load back.  Strides to square.  Flat swing plane.  Middle approach with line drive and fly ball contact.  Average barrel contact.  85 mph exit velocity.  OF- Good glove and fields ball clean.  Average feet and takes time to release on throws.  79 mph arm strength with average carry and accuracy.  On mound- Good balance and direction down mound.  Throws from a ¾ arm slot.  Fastball sits 78-80 mph topping at 81 mph.  Curveball has slider spin and inconsistent feel thrown at 65-67 mph.  Solid change-up with fade action at 70-74 mph. 

3/17/18- 5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.33 runner. On mound; smaller frame and is still young but the arm works and moves cleanly. Feel for 4 pitches and was very smooth with a quick arm. Changeup showed fade and curveball took 2/8 shape. Fastball was 77-78 with curveball at 68-69 and slider 72-73. Changeup was 73-74. Chance to make a jump as he gets more mature. Square stance, leg kick trigger, stiffer swing plane, pull approach, spray contact to pull side of field, 76 mph exit velocity. Good first step, avg. reads on hops, clean arm action, solid carry and accuracy on throws, 81 mph arm from outfield.
