Strong, physical 6-foot-2, 210-pound frame with present athleticism. The left-handed hitter sets up in a tall, open stance with rhythm in his hands. Uses a knee-knock and hand load into a short stride to start his swing. Solid uphill swing plane through the zone with strong lower half, producing a gap-to-gap approach with power. Made consistent loud contact with above average bat speed, producing a bat-exit velocity of 93 mph. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. The first baseman shows fluid, athletic footwork around the bag with good hands to field. Made accurate 85 mph throws from a long, loose high-¾ arm slot across the infield with carry. Continues to remain one of the top uncommitted 2021’s in the Missouri class.

On the mound, the left-handed pitcher works out of a repeatable drop-and-drive delivery using his strong lower half to drive towards home plate. Reaches an athletic balance point, landing square to home with an athletic finish. Throws from a short high-¾ arm action with some arm speed. Fastball sat 83-85 mph with the ability to locate to both sides of the plate. Curveball sat 72-73 mph with tight 1/7 shape and solid depth. Changeup was thrown with good arm-speed and showed slight fade action, 79 mph.

Power: 91 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Run: 7.32 runner in the 60. 

Delivery: Methodical drop and drive type delivery, weight sinks onto back leg prior to pushing downhill. Works in line to target, lands square, athletic finish.
Arm Action: LH. Short arm action, high 3/4 slot. Quick arm.
FB: T85, 84-85 mph. Showed both arm-side and glove-side action.
CB: 71-73 mph. Tight 1/7 shape, breaks late. Feel to spin.
CH: 77-79 mph. Fastball arm speed. Plays straight, flashed slight arm-side run at times. 

Frost is a well built 6-foot-2 210-pound left-handed hitting first baseman and left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. He ran a 4.25 home to first and has an 88 mph exit velocity. On mound; higher balance point, solid sequence to delivery, arm is clean with moderate effort. Fastball was 79-81 mph, consistent strikes, with later run and sink. Avg. shape and spin on larger breaking 1/7 curveball. Solid down action with fade on changeup thrown near fastball arm speed.
