George is a 6-foot-2 175-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left-handed pitcher in Missouri's 2020 class.  He ran a 4.15 home to first and has a 73 mph exit velocity.  At the plate, starts in a square and athletic position, loads with weight shift to back side, hands separate from stride, quick bat speed with level path, middle of the field line drives.  In the outfield, high three quarters arm slot, smooth actions with footwork and transfer, plays through the ball, 69 mph positional velocity. On the mound, George has a tall frame, slender build and a projectable body with room to grow. Worked primarily from the stretch during the event, delivery has some rhythm to it, regular effort, controlled leg lift, in line direction, easy arm action, three-quarter release. At the event, fastball sat 67-71 mph, arm side run, around the strike zone, changeup is 64-66 mph, fading action, near fastball arm speed, curveball is 57-60 mph, 2-to-8 shape, gradual action.

6/13/17 - George is a slender 6-foot-2 160-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 7.84 60 and a 4.69 home to first.  He has a 78 mph exit velo. At the plate, balanced stance, hands separate from stride foot during load, high finish in hands, body stays under control during swing, gap-to-gap line drives during batting practice.  In the outfield, 69 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, clean transfer, accurate throws. Singled to right field in game action. On the mound, George hides the ball well, comes from an over the top release, slight rotation at balance point, slightly closed stride adding to deception, loose arm action, fastball 71-74 mph, some with late sink, breaking ball at 60-62 mph, 1-to-7 shape, lean frame with long levers.
