6/5/18 - Stallcup is a durable 6-foot-1 200-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. He ran a 4.83 home to first and has an 89 mph exit velocity. Offensively, simple and repeatable swing, wide base, smooth weight shift against back leg, short stride, level path through the hitting zone with accelerated bat speed.  Behind the plate, pop times between 2.00-2.05-seconds, 76 mph positional velocity, throws downhill with short, over the top arm slot, clean exchange with aggressive footwork, accurate throws with carry.
2/10/18 - Stallcup is a well built 6-foot 200-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri’s 2019 class.  He ran a 7.95 60 and has a 91 mph exit velocity. At the plate, wide and athletic set up, minimal stride, no wasted movements, quick hands generate bat speed, level path though extension, consistent gap to gap line drives drives during hitting evals, hands work inside the ball to contact.  Behind the plate, pop times 1.94 to 2.14 pop times, 72 mph positional velocity, quick catch and throw, quick jab step creates momentum to throw, over the top release, soft hands, short arm circle, accurate throws to get bag, most with carry to the bag.
6/13/17 - Stallcup is a 6-foot 185-pound right-handed hitting catcher and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class.  He ran a 8.58 laser timed 60 and a 5.10 home to first.  He has an exit veto of 87 mph. At the plate, athletic stance, loads against back side, level path, strong hands with accelerated barrel speed, level path through the zone with pull side power.  Behind the plate, 2.05 to 2.17 pop times, 72 mph positional velo, advanced actions, quick catch and throw, accurate throws to the bag, moves well to block. Hard hit single to left field, and flew out deep to left in game action. On the mound, Stallcup has a simple and compact delivery, repeats well, over the top release, in line stride, throws with some effort, showed command of three pitches, fastball at 74-77 mph, throws to both sides of the plate, curveball has 12-to-6 shape, 59-60 mph, works down in the zone, change up is effective with fastball arm speed and slight arm side run, 65-66 mph, worked to contact, strike thrower, good feel for secondary pitches.
