6/9/15 - Oswald is a 5-foot-10 180-pound 3B, with an 89 mph exit velo and 7.34 60. With the bat, has controlled leg kick, short stride, quick bat speed, gap-to-gap approach, solid consistent contact during batting practice, singled in game action. Defensively, 81 mph positional velo, one of the best of the event,  works behind the ball, fluid footwork and exchange, high three-quarters release, momentum towards target, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Oswald was impressive during his half inning, throwing strikes with his fastball and change-up.  He hit 86 mph three times, one of the top velos of the day.  Oswald coils at the top of his leg lift and is aggressive down the mound, staying in line.  He has an over-the top-release, with smooth rhythm in his delivery.  He showed an 11-to-5 curveball at 70 mph, command of a change-up with arm side release and fastball arm speed at 67-71 mph and a slider at 78 mph. 

2/21/15 - Oswald is a strong5-foot-10 180-pound 3B/RHP in Missouri’s 2016 class.  Oswald starts with open stance and uses a leg kick. He uses a gap-to-gap approach with quick bat speed.  82 mph exit velo and 4.64 home-to-first.  On the infield, 82 mph positional velo, on of the events best velos, attacks ball, quick footwork, momentum towards target, clean exchange, over-the-top release, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Oswald sits 81-83 mph with his fastball, touching 85 mph, throws slider and curveball, curveball has 12-to-6 shape at 64 mph, slider has 10-to-4 shape at 75-76 mph, throws for a strike, change-up has sink , works to bottom of zone, 69-73 mph, also showed a splitter at 73 mph, has body control in delivery, throws with some effort, loose arm action, arm works.
