08.05.18
Average frame at 5-foot-10, 165 pounds.  Strength and quickness are present and should continue to improve with maturity.  Ran a Team Carolina best, 6.75 laser timed 60. Speed plays in games with above average range on the infield, especially to his left.  Aggressive on the bases with a feel for reading pitchers and applying his speed to swipe bases. Defensively, works with active feet. Catches the ball routinely with just a slight stiffness in the hands.  Quick and athletic transitions to a short arm swing, loading the scapular, and high-¾ release. Good carry and flashed solid accuracy at 84 mph across the diamond. Moving left, consistently used a solid first step to set depth and is angle.  Right handed hitter is balanced and athletic in the box. Slightly open, works back to even at launch. Weight shift back to load and short stride. Direct approach, using the middle of the field and spraying the baseball with back spin and line drives when he is dialed in.  Occasionally creates some lift in his swing, finishing high with his hands. Exit velocity peaked at 89 mph.

03.25.17
Confident Freshman that has a good presence about him in the box.  Right-handed hitter works from a slightly open stance with a vertical bat setup.  Polished and relaxed at the plate, has strike zone recognition.  Hands cast slightly to start the swing.  Showed feel for the barrel.
