Brandon Hall
Executive Director, PBR of NC

PBR scouts are constantly out watching games, practices, and workouts.  PBR also works to hold workouts for players so that they are able to post verified and trusted stats so they can connect with college coaches and pro scouts.  The talent in North Carolina can compare to just about any other state in the Union and today we take a look at the top outfield arms in North Carolina High School Baseball today.

Each player on this leaderboard attended a PBR event, throwing from shortstop with a radar gun recording each throw.  Inside are the top velocities from the top 20 graded arms.

Top Infield Arms

*Playes attending PBR events go through a defensive workout from their primary, and at times their secondary, positions.  From the infield, a radar gun is used to measure throws out of the hand from shortstop.  The radar reading is just one part of the arm analysis, as scouts will be working to watch carry and accuracy as well.

Below are the top 20 infield arm velocities recorded by players currently in high school.  Each player has a full PBR profile with evaluations and video available.  Click on their name to see their entire profile.
