Mature frame at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds. Effortless catching the ball at first base. Fluid feet and soft hands. Ball works to the middle of the body for clean exchanges. Loose arm works through a long arm action, showing an ability to throw from several slots, based on the play. Moved off the bag well, setting his feet and showing accuracy. Positional velocity of 80 mph. Left handed hitter showed strength with an exit velocity of 93 off the barrel. Swing is geared to line drives right now, but may mature to a lofted angle with age. Better than average bat speed as the bat starts in a flat position, loading to a vertical position. Balanced and tall in the setup, there is fluid rhythm throughout. Average barrel awareness, there was some swing and miss in game situation but showed an ability to compete in at-bats.
On the mound the lefty works with an easy effort sitting 78-83 from a ¾ slot. Long arm swing is loose. Works level and on-line, attacking the zone with three pitches. Change-up touched 69, getting swing and miss and setting fastball to look harder. Slowed the arm some on change, pushing it at times, but controlled the zone and hitters reacted to fastball on the pitch. The breaking ball has 2/8 shape at 65 mph with a slower arm speed.

Strong 6-foot-1, 200 pounder works with some ease throughout the delivery. Level and in-line, the body allows the arm to work loose to the high-3/4 with average to above quickness. Fastball ranged 82-83, around the zone, with occasional arm side run. Curveball was obviously dialed down with the January bullpen, sweeping through the zone at 59-60, showing feel for the zone. Slows arm on change-up, losing the slot at times producing 73-77 with early arm side run.
Works with ease in the box and around the bag. Left handed hitter begins open with a tall posture. Short stride, dives toward the plate. Barrel begins flat, loading to a vertical position. Good approach has some uphill leverage. Tends to be pull oriented. Some barrel awareness. Fluid and easy demeanor. At 1B, has soft hands and fluid footwork. Easy exchanges on throws to 2B. Short arm action is repeat-able working to a high-3/4 slot. Ran a 4.15 thirty and tested the standing broad jump at 7-foot-6.
At 6-foot-1, 200 pounds with a mature frame that supports a strong lower half, Proctor has some advanced strength producing an exit velocity of 88mph. The left handed hitter works from a balanced setup producing intriguing looseness and whip and projecting pull power potential. Athletic around the bag at first-base, with average hands and clean, athletic exchanges, he flashed an easy whippy arm action that has translated to the mound in past evaluations.
