Thick build with a mature body in the 6-foot-4, 225 pound frame.  Works from the stretch only with an average leg kick and some looseness in the hips as he stays over the rubber and begins to drive toward the plate.  High-3/4 slot with a solid arm swing.  Front side leaves the line early, creating a rotational finish.  Fastball flashed up to 87, sitting 84-86 in the first.  Velocity dropped to 79-81 in the 5th.  Curveball showed hard late 2/8 tilt, burying itself underneath right-handed hitter’s swings.  Ranged 69-72, dipping slightly in the late stages of the outing to 66-67.
