Body: 5-foot-9, 185 pounds. Stocky, strong build. Thick lower half. Increased strength helped improve his overall game.
Defense: IF. Clean actions with some flare. Flows well through the fielding process. Presents his glove well. Ranges well to both sides with feel for the backhand play. Feet work well with some extra actions that could be simplified. Currently could stay up the middle, projects to possibly make the move to 3B
Arm: RH. 75 mph. Loose, quick arm. Accurate with some carry. Can change arm angle to stay fluid.
Hit: RHH. Athletic, slightly spread set up. Projects confidences. Loads into his backside with medium leg kick. Gets down on time. Efficient bat path to the ball. Excellent barrel awareness with the abililty to drive the ball to both gaps. Some present power, especially to pull side. Went 3-for-3 during game play.

Stocky, 5-foot-8 155, Galvin has a compact frame and demonstrates capable infield actions throwing from a ¾ slot. He shows a feel for multiple angle throws on double play feeds as well as slow rollers. Present strength and footwork lend better to second base. At the plate, his simple load and rhythmic hands create consistent contact in a solid swing plane with a high finish. Growth and development could provide an ability to play all three infield positions.
He is an athletic 3-pitch mix that competes in the zone with his entire arsenal. His delivery is upright with a short stride throwing from a high ¾ arm slot. Galvin’s fastball sat comfortably 75-76, topping out at 78 with run and sink. His curveball displayed depth and his changeup had solid movement.
