Long Beach State commit. Lanky, 6-foot-2, 175, Spencer is projectable with big hands and feet. Plenty of room to add weight and strength. There is some effort to his quick paced delivery but maintains good arm speed on all his pitches, including split finger. There is some youthful inconsistency to his command as well as the ability to repeat his delivery, but the arm works and he possesses some upside.
